Naomi R. Morgan
Chief Executive Officer
Utilizing local talent, Naomi creates and produces musical brands and services for her diverse market of clients. She is an acclaimed musical theater actor, singer, and musical playwright. She is the Broadway World Award winner: Best Leading Female in a Musical (RENT- as Mimi). She is the original creator of musical brands including Singing for Seniors, Tweenland, The Memphis Belles, The Valentinos, DivaTech, King of Swing, Lady Fitzgerald, The Calamity Janes, and more. She is also the musical playwright of Industry: a new musical. Naomi find purpose in creating jobs for working the artist. She continues to progress as a producer, as well as to create musical services wherever there is a need. At this time, Naomi is only available to perform for NM Entertainment Subscribers and selective charity events.

Michael has a long standing relationship with NM Entertainment as a Music Director and Music Supervisor. As a reputable leader, musician, and cognition of the brands, Michael is essential for the artistic growth and production quality of NM Entertainment. Michael is also the Co Composer of Industry: a new musical.

Tanesha Ross MT-BC, NMT
Executive Partner of Music Therapy
Tanesha has mastered the art of combining her love of performances and philanthropy. She is a graduate of Cornish College of the Arts, and has been singing in some of the nations top tier bands, including Hit Explosion (Seattle) and the Bobby Attiko band (New York). She worked in top theater houses including 5th Avenue Theatre, Village Theater, and Seattle Children's Theater. This led her to New York, where she worked on Broadway, a broadway National Tour, and worked on various regional New York stages. Tanesha continues to work with many philanthropic organizations throughout the country. She is also a Board Certified Music Therapist working closely with children, as well as the elderly population. Whether she is entertaining and audience or providing first rate music therapy experiences, it will be done with grace, precision, and of course, a dash of humor!
Director/Choreographer of The Memphis Belles
NM Entertainment is proud to have Memphis Belles director (and performer!) Miranda on the team. She is recognized for her strong ability to lead, intricate attention to detail, and passion for music and fashion of the golden age era. From curating costumes, to choreography, to content, Miranda is passionate about bringing timeless music & "vintage style not vintage values" to young and old audiences alike. She is a graduate from Cornish College of the Arts with a BFA in Musical Theatre and a well respected team member of NM Entertainment.
Alexa Ray Claps
Director of Musical Fitness
Alexa is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise. She is a graduate from the University of Washington in Seattle and holds a BA in Dance and a minor in Nutrition. She is a professional singer, actor, and dancer in the Seattle area and teaches at the UW Seattle IMA, Om Culture, Duvall Performing Arts, Murano Senior Living, and through private lessons. After starting her own health and fitness journey, she knew that she wanted to help others find happiness through movement. Now, she is a personal trainer specializing in senior care to aid seniors in the acts of daily living and to improve cognitive function. Alexa is excited to bring her love of music, dance, and fitness all into one class to help seniors get active and healthy!
Assistant Director of The Memphis Belles
Justine joined the NM Entertainment family in the summer of 2021 as a cast member of the Jukebox Happy Hour concert. Shortly thereafter, '"Buttercream" Justine was added to The Memphis Belles roster, and she continues to croon with the Belles as a swing. Outside of NM, Justine is an active member of the Seattle theatre community, performing at Seattle Public Theatre, The Triple Door, ArtsWest, and The Village Theatre, to name a few! She is proud to be a member of the NM Entertainment leadership team!
MARK SMITH EMERSON

With a strong passion for live entertainment and a creative, analytical mind, Ethan is an exciting new addition to NM Entertainment who will head the production and marketing branches of the company. Having just graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Entertainment Entrepreneurship, Ethan is ready to put his ideas and skills to work. Ethan will bring NM Entertainment’s production quality to the highest level and create connections with new clients who will love the services NM Entertainment has to offer. Outside of the company, Ethan is a concert organizer, producer, and promoter who aims to build a strong and healthy live music scene for young adults in the Greater Seattle area.
Barbara has just joined the team at NM Entertainment. She has always had numbers, bookkeeping and an entrepreneurial spirit in her veins. Barbara is a dedicated and detail orientated accounting professional. She uses her problem solving and extreme organizational skills to help business owners manage their books. Barbara loves working with her clients to ensure their data is accurate and reliable to give business owners a view of their complete business status. She is thoroughly enjoying being a part of the NM Entertainment family. Outside of organizing financial transactions she has a very deep passion for utilizing her artistic abilities in every possible way and adventuring with her family.
Social Media Manager
Rebecca studied public relations at Western Washington University around getting her acting degree, and has been doing social media management, content creation, and public relations work for nearly a decade. She has worked with Student Theatre Productions (two years as elected Publicity Officer), the Digital Media Center, Performing Arts Center Eastside, SecondStory Repertory, the Redmond Academy of Theatre Arts, and more. Joining NME in 2018, she has performed with Tweenland, Singing for Seniors, and The Memphis Belles, where she continues to hone her vintage "delight." Other performance credits include the 5th Avenue Theatre, Seattle Repertory Theatre, and Village Theatre. Rebecca adores being a member of NME leadership and has truly found a calling in this position that she is grateful to explore!
